Wholesale Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

Application for Trade account

To apply for a Trade account please complete the online application form, any incomplete applications will not be considered and we may not contact you to request further information.

We only offer Trade terms to retailers who have an art/craft/paper-craft e-commerce website or a bricks & Mortar shop, we do not offer wholesale terms to craft groups, collectives or classes, and we may request proof of your premises to support your application.

We do not permit the sale of Sweet Poppy branded products on eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, online auctions or other similar websites.

 

Currency

All prices on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP) your credit card provider or bank will automatically make the exchange for you billing you in your own currency.

 

Duties & Local Taxes

Customers in countries other than the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier; purchasers are responsible for any duties and / or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.

 

Online Payments

We accept payment via all major Credit /Debit cards through our secure server, or BAC’s payment, we request that no TRADE orders are payed via PayPal payment.

 

The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt; a printed copy of this invoice (with VAT details) will be enclosed with your order. The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue.

Goods will not be dispatched until Payment is made in full.

 

Minimum Trade order

Our Minimum Trade order is £150 (exc vat)

 

Trade UK

UK Orders £150 – £299 (exc vat) = Carriage £10

Orders over £300 (exc vat) = Free postage (carriage paid)

Trade order European & International

Minimum Trade order is £150 (exc vat)

Shipping charges vary dependent upon the destination and are calculated once an order has been processed, shipped Tracked courier service.

Any problems or queries relating to the Delivery / Invoice must be notified to Sweet Poppy Stencils (The Craft Station Ltd) within 5 working days sales@sweetpoppy.co.uk

 

Reservation of Title

All goods remain the property of The Craft Station Ltd (Sweet Poppy Stencils) until payment is received in full and cleared funds are available in our bank account or PayPal account. Please note goods will not be allocated to your order until payment is received in full.

 

Privacy Policy

We will only use the information we collect about customers and visitors to the site lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

The Craft Station Ltd (Sweet Poppy Stencils) do not sell, trade or retail customers contact information to any third party for commercial or non-commercial use.

We may from time to time contact you by email with details of new products or promotions; you may ask to be removed from this list at any time.

 

Cancellations & Returns

Items returned for credit, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please contact us for returns authorisation before sending items back.

 

Sweet Poppy Stencils (The Craft Station Ltd) Trade is not a retail e-commerce site, it is a business-to-business e-commerce site and not subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. Individuals wishing to purchase goods should contact our Retail website www.sweet-poppy.com

Sweet Poppy Stencils do not operate a contract cancellation/goods return policy as provided for under “The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” The Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) provide protection for customers(consumers) – the same rights do not apply to a business buying goods or services from another business.
