1. Currency
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (£ or GBP). Payment will be made in pounds sterling and your debit/credit card provider will automatically make the exchange for you, billing you in your own currency.
2. Online Payments
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, through a secure server. The confirmation email you receive will also be your official receipt. The security of our customers is paramount and the website is both secure and follows all guidelines on this issue. If the customer does not wish to make payment via the website then payment can also be made by contacting us by telephone.
3. Duties and Local Taxes
Customers in countries other than the UK, should local taxes or duties be due, will receive a separate invoice from the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.
4. Shipping/Carriage Delivery within the UK will normally be made within 7 working days of receipt of order.
Goods supplied outside the UK will normally be delivered within 21 working days of receipt of order.
Where a specific delivery date has been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Customer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
The Craft Station Ltd will use all reasonable endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery. .
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer’s address specified in the order and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the Goods.
UK Deliveries
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for our UK deliveries.
For orders up to £10.00 postage is £1.95
For orders between £10.00 and £20.00 postage is £2.95
For orders £20.00 and over, postage is £3.95
European Deliveries
We use Royal Mail or an International Courier for standard European and International deliveries.
We designate the following countries as Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Europe deliveries are generally sent by standard airmail. International signed for and courier deliveries please contact us by phone on 44 (0)1775527442 if you require these services price can be advised.
Standard Europe post and packing is charged as follows:
For orders up to £29.99 postage is £6.00
For orders £30.00 and over, postage is £9.00
International
International deliveries are generally sent by standard airmail. We can arrange International signed for and courier deliveries please contact us by phone on 44 (0)1775527442 if you require these services.
For International deliveries shipping is charged as follows:
For orders up to £29.99 postage is £12.00
between £30.00 and £49.99 postage is £16.00
For orders £50.00 and over, postage is £18.00
For excessively heavy or bulky items then we will contact you by email with shipping costs.

5. Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds
The Customer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify The Craft Station Ltd within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Customer fails to do so the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Customer to The Craft Station Ltd. The Customer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.
In such an eventuality the goods must be returned by the Customer and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Customer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, and return postal charges). Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Customer’s fault the Customer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
6. Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund. In this event we will not normally refund your return postage and again a refund can only be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.
7. Goods not Available for Shipment
Although we endeavour to keep reasonable stock of all of our products, it may be possible for some goods not to be in stock at the time you place your order. In the event that we cannot ship your goods within two working days of receipt of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and ask whether we should proceed with the transaction.
8. Confidentiality
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
9. Complaints
We endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service. If something should go wrong please don’t hesitate to The Craft Station Ltd. We welcome your comments as it enables us to continually improve our service. We will reply to you within 5 working days, normally with an immediate resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved immediately we will keep you informed of the steps we are taking to put the matter right.
